These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Murmur Woods (the "App"), a logic puzzle game available on the web, App Store, and Google Play.

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Murmur Woods is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
  • Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes

4. No Purchases or Accounts

Murmur Woods does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, or user accounts.

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device or browser and may be lost if you clear local storage or remove the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to operate and improve the experience:

  • Google Analytics for aggregated usage analysis
  • AdMob (Google) for advertising on mobile platforms only

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.
